How do I shop and pay on SorenMcom?

1.) Open your personal account and fill in the required fields highlighted with a*.
Your personal data are secured according to the IT-data act and will not be passed to a third party.

2.) After your full registration – you can also buy without registration – you can choose stamps by simply clicking on Quick Search, Value Catalogue or our offers. Put the item into your shopping basket and if you will buy more stamps, just click on ‘Continue Shopping’.

3.) You have the possibility to post a note on stamps, you might buy later. This is a clever feature when browsing our ‘Offer of the Week’.

4.) To undo a selection, you simply click on your shopping basket – top right on your screen – and mark the stamp to be removed. Your next step is to click on ‘Update’ and the item has left your cart.

5.) After shopping you go to the payment section. Here you can choose the way of shipment:  by standard Prioritaire ‘A’ mail for our standard shipping costs or by recommended mail for added costs.
You can also select your way of payment: by PAYPAL or IBAN bank transfer. If you have any questions about the payment, don’t hesitate to send us an e-mail: info@sorenm.com

6.) Finaly: we will confirm your order by an e-mail and attaché the invoice. You’ll also get information after we received your payment and after your order has been shipped.

7.) If you don’t have a PAYPAL-account, you can pay with your credit card. You must choose Paypal/Credit Card and go through all steps. The system goes to paypal and there it is possible to use your credit card (PICTURE).
